One effervescent tablet contains 670 mg light basic magnesium carbonate, 342 mg light magnesium oxide, corresponding to a total of 365 mg magnesium ions. For other ingredients, please refer to the orange flavor leaflet or the lemon flavor leaflet.

The recommended dose of Biolectra® Magnesium 356 fortissimum dependents on the level of magnesium deficiency. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents is one effervescent tablet once or twice daily. To take it, dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glas of water and drink it up.
