Who are Biolectra® Magnesium 400 mg ultra capsules particularly suitable for?

The German Nutrition Society recommends a magnesium intake of around 300 to 350 mg a day for adults aged 25 and up. However, there are certain life situations where the requirement is higher. Biolectra® Magnesium 400 mg ultra Capsules help to maintain your magnesium intake at the following phases:
