Biolectra® Magnesium 365 mg fortissimum Effervescent Tablets are suitable for use right at the start of treatment of muscle and leg cramp*. Simply dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of drinking water and drink it all off. The recommended daily dose for young people and adults is 1 to 2 effervescent tablets, equivalent to 365 to 730 mg magnesium per day. Once symptoms subside you can switch to a lower-strength product.

- Therapeutic indication: Evidence of magnesium deficiency where it is the cause of muscle activity disorders (neuromuscular disorders, leg cramps).
- Composition: The pharmaceutically active ingredients in each effervescent tablet are 670 mg magnesium carbonate basic, light; 342.0 mg magnesium oxide, light, total equivalent to 365 mg magnesium ions. Please refer to the Orange Flavour Package Insert or the Lemon Flavour Package Insert for the remaining ingredients.
- Recommended dose: The recommended dose of Biolectra® Magnesium 365 mg fortissimum effervescent tablets depends on the level of magnesium deficiency. The recommended dose for young people and adults is 1 effervescent tablet 1 - 2 times a day (365 to 370 mg magnesium ions). To take, dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of drinking water and drink it all off.
- Pack sizes: Biolectra® Magnesium 365 mg fortissimum effervescent tablets can be purchased in various pack sizes. The product is available in packs of 20 or 40 effervescent tablets.
